Human-Centred Design (HCD) is an approach to problem solving that places the needs and motivations of people at its core.
Through HCD we deeply explore and build empathy for our customers, involve them in designing and testing new solutions tailored to their needs, and continuously solicit their feedback.
In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to HCD and at a high level how to practically apply the design process to a ‘customer experience’ challenge.
Through practical group work, you’ll:
• Start developing a high-level understanding of human-centred design principles and how they're applied in practice.
• Learn tools and mindsets to build empathy, gain insights, define focus, and prototype ideas that will meet customers' needs.
• Build awareness of varying motivations that drive human behaviour and emotions and how this impacts on experience and practice.
• Discover how to create delightful customer experiences and meaningful solutions.
This is a 2,5-hour workshop. All you need is an open, positive and curious mindset—everything else will be provided for :-)
