Born to Code: Geek or Freak?
Limited Capacity seats available

Let's face it - without code there would be no startup ecosystem. Tech is part of just about every product or service out there at some level. So is a great coder born or bred? What does it take to look after your inner geek if it is you? Just how far would you go to keep the best coder you ever had on your team if someone was about to lure them away? Is your great coder "on the spectrum"? And should you care?

Let's have some fun tackling some of the big questions behind what keeps tech talent delivering for you as an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs in Education
Limited Capacity seats available

We all know how much focus is on innovation and developing young entrepreneurs - but who's job is it really to do this? Is it the responsibility of teachers, the government, experienced business people, or entrepreneurs who are on their own journey - and what should best practice actually look like? Adam will reflect on his own experiences in Tasmania supporting both the educational and entrepreneurial communities, how that has translated across Australia, and also facilitate a discussion with everyone in attendance about how best practice would look in their own context - be it the industry or across Victoria.
